Pete Hines, Bethesda’s Marketing Executive responded to a fan tweet asking if Fallout 4 has been censored differently in any other countries, to which he responded it has not. Australia has a large history of censoring games differently and more heavily than in the United States and other countries.
Fallout 4 getting a Mature rating seems likely. The previous two titles, Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas where both rated M for strong violence, gore, language and some sexual content. It’s also safe to assume whatever restrictions other territories had with other Fallout games may opt for them again.
Fallout 4 is scheduled to drop on November 10th for the PS4, Xbox One and PC. Currently, a DLC pass is available for the price of $30 but Bethesda isn’t sure what it will include yet.
